1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ND Wheels' website (www.ndwheels.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Product Information and Orders

ND Wheels specializes in manufacturing polyurethane forklift wheels for B2B customers. All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

• Custom formulations require detailed specifications and may have longer lead times
• Free samples are available for qualified business customers
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products
• All orders are subject to credit approval

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are quoted in USD and are valid for the specified period. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. ND Wheels reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

4. Product Warranty

ND Wheels warrants that our polyurethane wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are FOB origin unless otherwise specified. Delivery dates are estimates and ND Wheels is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

ND Wheels' liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products sold. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ND Wheels and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Custom formulations developed for specific customers remain the intellectual property of ND Wheels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

ND Wheels respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and business information. We collect and use information only as necessary to provide our services and fulfill orders. Customer data is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in China.

10. Changes to Terms

ND Wheels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
