Precision Rim Preparation
CNC machining shapes the steel core, then an automated sand-blaster roughens every surface to maximize bonding strength and concentric accuracy.

Deep Cleaning & Primer Coating
An ultrasonic bath strips away oil and dust; next, a robot sprays a proprietary adhesive primer that locks polyurethane to the metal core.
